Generational Tension: For The Younger Generation

This is a portion of the talk that Craig Groeschel delivered at Catalyst East in 2010:

Stuff That Hit Home For Me:
I think that you could call my generation “the Entitlement generation” … I hate it when I see it in myself and my peers. ┬áThat portion is very meaningful to me, personally.
Honor: if you’re in relationships, in the workforce, if you’re alive and young … please listen to that portion. ┬áTake time to honor those who paved the path you’re walking on.

  1. Thanks for sharing this Kevin. Really super applicable to what our li’l Methodist church is experiencing and in our city also. Overestimating the short-run and missing the long-run.

    1. It is really really easy to do that. We live in a world thats hyper focused on the now, which downplays the significance of later. If you don’t make decisions for later now, you’re never getting there. I live that way more that I really want to admit.
